Our process was so long winded and totally drawn out until we starting working with Kangaroo Digital. Having them be right on the other side of the phone and immediately attend to any questions or concerns we had. The way they showed me how to navigate and load relevant information on the system (which at first seemed like such a daunting task) is now easier than I could ever have imagined.
